Winnie M. Turman, 87, of Woodlawn passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Pulaski Health and Rehab. She was preceded in death by her husband, Artie C. Turman; parents, James Otis and Ada Thompson Marshall; brother, Maurice Marshall.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Homer and Letty Turman of Woodlawn, and Curtis and Scarlet Turman of Woodlawn; sister, Mildred Conduff of Woodlawn; step grandchildren, Joshua Wineset, Jennifer Short, Callie Holt, and Justin Neaves; step great granddaughters, Samantha Short, and Stephanie Short.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Woynal Smythers and Rev. Herman Dudley officiating. Burial will follow in the Turman Cemetery in Floyd County. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Turman family.
