William Burton Wade Tate, 54 of Woodlawn, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at his home. He was born in North Carolina on June 19, 1967. He was preceded in death by his father, Burton Tate and sister, Trudy Tate.

Survivors include his wife, Christina Tate; daughter, Tiffani Tate Blankenship (Josh); son, Dustin Tate (Mindy); mother, Sylvia Tate; grandchildren, Bentley Pack and Weston Blankenship; and nephews, Timothy Albert and Jordan Dalton.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
