William Franklin Sink, Jr., 76 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at his home. Mr. Sink was born in Davidson County, NC to the late William Franklin Sink, Sr. and Frances Mae Taylor Sink. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Ann Emerson Sink; and sons, Jeffrey William Sink and Randy Howard Sink. Survivors include his children, Phillip and Betty Sink of Fancy Gap, Pamela Sink Goad and Jose Munoz of Mt. Airy, NC, and Mike and Amy Sink of Hillsville; sister and brother-in-law, Shelby and J.C. Blackburn of Winston Salem, NC; sisters-in-law and spouse, Fonty and Charlie Hall of Danbury, NC and Pat Emerson of Kernersville, NC; grandchildren, Joseph W. Sink, Stephanie Goad, Ashley Sink, Keisha Martinez, Gregory Martinez, and Chase Sink; and two great grandchildren, L.J. and Paige Brown. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Fork Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
