William Houston Payne's Obituary
William Houston Payne, 50 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Millie N. Payne of the home; daughters & sons-in-laws Lee Ann & David Williams of Liberty, NC, Bryce Elizabeth & Larry Oliver of Gastonia, NC; mother Para Lee Payne of Greensboro, NC; sister & brother-in-law Heather & Randy Carsons of Greensboro, NC; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
