William Franklin Overstreet, 74 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Twin County Regional Hospital.  Mr. Overstreet was born in Floyd County, Virginia to the late James and Lillian Branscome Overstreet.

Survivors include his siblings, Frankie Sweet, James Overstreet, Marie Hall, Mildred Holcomb, and Doris Marie Hall; and special niece and caregiver, Donna Alva.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Buffalo Mt. Cemetery at 11:00 AM with Billy Goad officiating.  The family will receive friends at the cemetery on Friday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the graveside service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
