Wayne Ray Marshall, 63 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at his home. Mr. Marshall was born in Radford, Virginia on April 8, 1958. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Choate Marshall and several other family members.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy Walls Marshall; children and spouses, Jesse and Stacy Marshall and Heather and Robby Danison; step-daughter and spouse, Nicole and Jonathan Poteat; father, Lonnie Marshall; sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn and Warren Johnson; grandchildren, Katie Marshall, Holly Miller, and Daniel Miller; step grandchild, Sam Poteat; special family members, Ale Ruiz and family; and several other family members.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Gary Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.
