Wanda Jane Lineberry, 86 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at her home.  Mrs. Lineberry was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Whitfield and Alice Stewart Padgett.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by sisters, Wilma Burnett (James), Mary Ruth Bryant (Gordon); brother, Ralph Padgett; and brothers-in-law, Harold Hill and Everett Calfee.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Joe Lineberry; children, Haywood Lineberry (Sandy), Ronald Lineberry (Rosie), Robby Lineberry (Kim), Randy Lineberry (Christi), Wanda Owen (Chuck), Sharon Woods (Jimmy), Bonnie Catron (Heath), Tommy Lineberry (Sherri Atkins), Johnny Lineberry (Sara) and Jody Lineberry (Vickie); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy and Ivan Robinson, Ted and Barbara Padgett, Alice Hill, Faye Calfee, Charles Padgett, and Brenda and Gary Hill; special friend, Thelma Goings; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Sammy Burnett and Pastor Billy Burnett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lineberry Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
