Wanda Gail Jones, 70 of Cana, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021. Ms. Jones was born in Radford, Virginia to the late Floyd Albert and Annie Neil Tickle Dickens. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by brothers, John "Jay" Dickens and Bruce Dickens; grandson, Matt Jones; and great-grandson, Dominic Jones.

Survivors include her daughters, Sheila Jones of Galax, Sharon Manuel and husband, John of Galax, and Wilma Reed of Cana; grandsons, Nathan Jones of Galax, Austin and Sydney Holt of Cana, and Shane Manuel of Galax; granddaughters, Danielle Jones of Galax and Mercedes Jones of Galax; great-grandchildren, Chancé Jones, Logan Brown, Nevaeh Tibbs, Riley Tibbs, Mattie Jones and Audrey Holt; sisters, Brenda Porter and husband David of Roanoke, Donna Reece of Hillsville; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Isom officiating. Burial will follow in the Dr. Jesse Dickens Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the funeral services. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
