Virginia Felts Weeks, 77, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at English Meadows Senior Living in Christiansburg. Mrs. Weeks was born in Carroll County to the late Fred and Cora Combs Felts. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Guy Weeks and brothers, Guy Felts, W.B. Felts and Roger Felts. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Darrell Goad of Hillsville, Patricia and Gregory Christman of Dumfries, and Charlene and Marty Rudd of Graham, NC; grandchildren, Ron Stoneman and wife Nancy, Deana Smith, Christy Darrah and husband Ryan, J.J. Stoneman and wife, Nicole, Zandra Lawson, and Charman Tilley Mills and husband, Mike; fourteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; step children, Brenda Howell, Jeff Weeks, Jennifer Weeks Dalton, Teresa Nester and Allen Surratt; eight step grandchildren; and several nieces. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Eddie Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
