Virginia Christine Martin Alderman, 82 of Hillsville passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Waddell Health and Rehab Center. Mrs. Alderman was preceded in death by her parents William Ennis and Maude Ella Martin, her husband Clerin Alderman and her brother Bill Ted Martin. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Nancy Ella & Charles E. Dalton of Hillsville; four grandchildren & spouse Felecia Dalton, Wesley Dalton, Tom Dalton and Chandra & Mark Harmon and two great grandchildren Courtney Harmon and Caleb Harmon.

Funeral services will be Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with the Pastor Duane Steele officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Friday night at the funeral home. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
