Virginia Bedsaul Alderman, 83, of Woodlawn passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Trinity Mission of Hillsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freel Alderman; parents, J. Curtis and Nannie Lundy Bedsaul; sister, Betty Sue Russell. Survivors include her son, Jimmy Alderman of Woodlawn; special friend Sandy Dalton of Hillsville. The family would like to thank the staff of Trinity Mission, Blue Ridge Home Health Care and Pipers Gap Rescue for their love and care for Virginia. Funeral Services will be held on Monday August 3, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Roy Riley and Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Cemetery in Galax. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Alderman family.
