Vickie Teresa Hughes, 61 of Dugspur, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026 at her home.  Ms. Hughes was born in Johnson City, TN to the late Willard and Virginia Garland Whitson.

Vickie was a CNA for fourteen years.  She enjoyed her career and helping those in need.

Survivors include her daughter, Jo Hughes and two grandchildren, Joseph Hughes and Victoria Hughes.

There will a memorial service at a later date.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
