Tommy Jacob Guynn, 69, of Fancy Gap, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013. Mr. Guynn was born in Fancy Gap, Virginia to the late Lee and Annie McMillian Guynn. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Ray Guynn and sister, Pearl Guynn. Survivors include his wife, Martha Faye Guynn of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Connie Guynn of Fancy Gap and Johnny and Melissa Guynn of Cana; sister, Emma Jordon of Fancy Gap; brother, Lester Guynn of Fancy Gap; grandchildren and spouse, Ashley and Ryan McMillian and Jacob Guynn; great granddaughters, Camrey McMillian and Makenzey McMillian; and step grandchildren, Anthony Utt and Daphne Utt. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Tim Crotts officiating. Burial will follow in the Elk Spur Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
