Tammy Kathleen Worrell, 44, of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Ms. Worrell was born in Stockton, CA on September 12, 1967. She is survived by her children Jacob Lewis Worrell and Abigail Faith Worrell both of the home; parents Lewis and Jerry Worrell of Hillsville; partner Camille Worrell of Hillsville; brother and sister-in-law William and Rebecca Worrell of Hillsville; nephew Zak Worrell; niece Tiffany Worrell; step-daughter Lacey Ergle of Double Springs, AL; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
