Tamera Madison Blalock, infant daughter of Tammy Nichols and Dewayne Devon Blalock passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In addition to her parents she is survived by her, maternal grandparents, Larry and Virginia Stanley of Hillsville; paternal grandparents, Ellis and Jean Blalock of Hillsville; sisters, Cesilee Nichols, and Jade Blalock; brothers, Jackson Blalock, Hunter Nichols, and Brandon Nichols; special cousin Susan Hernandez; uncles, Reggie Blalock, and Greg Willard. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Michael Shockley and Pastor Kirk Montgomery officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
