Sue Rainer, 76 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at her home.  Mrs. Rainer was born in Kentucky to the late Edmond E. and Daisyman Gleason Hamm.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, David Ronald Rainer.

Survivors include her children, Ronald Davis, Donald Davis, John Davis, Judy Davis Gravley, Michael Davis, George Rainer, Jessica Sumner, and Jackie Rainer; sister, Linda Townsand; twenty-seven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the memorial service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
