Steven Harvey Aneshansley, 67 of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at his home. Mr. Aneshansley was born in Lancaster, OH to the late Harlow and Alberta Campbell Aneshansley. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Aneshansley and Don Anneshansley.

Steven was well known in the area as a talented carpenter/handy man and custodian of the Hillsville Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Fay Reece Aneshansley of the home; children, Steven "Bud" Eric Aneshansley and Jessie Kay Andrews and husband, A.J. all of Lancaster, OH; step children, Johnny Collins of Ararat, VA and Christina (Tina) Dawn Collins of Dallas, TX; siblings, Mike Aneshansley and Karen Horne both of Lancaster, OH; six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life service at the Hillsville Church of God of Prophecy on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Stacy Redd officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
