Stephen Craig Young, Sr., 52 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018. Mr. Young was born in Fairfax County, VA on December 8, 1965. Survivors include his wife, Tina Sowers Young of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Benjamin Bryant of Woodlawn; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen Young, Jr. and Teagan Young of Hillsville; father, James Junior Young and wife, Lonnie of Marion, mother, Helen Lucille Walton Hamilton of Manassas; grandchildren, Leah Bryant, Olivia Bryant, and Anna Bryant; brothers and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Jean Clark of Virginia Beach and William Clark of Manassas; and sister and brother-in-law, Dottie and Everett Lawhorne of Culpepper.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kevin Carlan officiating. Burial will follow in Freemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. V aughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
