Stephen Wade Wilkerson, 86 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Northern Regional Hospital. Mr. Wilkerson was born in Alamance, NC to the late Banks Holt Wilkerson, Sr. and Blanche Myrtle Hinshaw Wilkerson.

Survivors include his wife, Ida P. Wilkerson; daughters, Rhonda (Gene) Hare, Stephanie (Greg) McBrayer, and Denise (Gene) Heath; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and the Fancy Gap United Methodist Church. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
