Sharon Lee Caviness, 64 of Austinville, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond. Mrs. Caviness was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Clinton C. and Golda Robinson Lundy. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Junior Lundy; and nephews, Trevor Lundy, CoCo Lundy, and Kevin Frazier.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Caviness; children, Kayla Fleming and husband, Joshua and Michael Caviness; grandchildren Trenda Caviness and Alyssa Dalton; siblings, Barbara Clark, Wanda Cloud, Bobby Lundy and wife, Sandra, and Karen Frazier and husband, Russell; special nieces and nephews, Pat Lundy, Barry Frazier, Stacey Frazier, and Amanda Caviness.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
