Sandra Gay Moles Bowers, 47 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Woltz Hospice Home. Ms. Bowers was born in Galax on March 25, 1970. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Leonard and Lula Goad and paternal grandparents, Grover and Arlie Moles.

Survivors include her parents, C.D. and Betty Moles of Dugspur; daughter, Skyler Bowers of Hillsville; several other family members; and many friends that were considered family.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Woltz Hospice Home for their special care.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the C.C. Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
