Ruth Ousley Henley , 71 of Hillsville, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Trinity Mission of Hillsville. Mrs. Henley was born in Carroll County to the late, Charlie Cleveland and Clara Belle Hurst Ousley. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Clara Mae Parsons and brother, Charlie Estel Ousley.

Survivors include her husband, Donald C. Henley of the home; sons, Steven Henley of Hillsville and Mark Henley of Hillsville; sister, Sylvia Taylor of Dugspur; brother Wiley Ousley of Hillsville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Elder Melvin McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Branscome Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
