Rubye Surratt Ogle, 91 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. Rubye is survived by her son & daughter-in-law Dr. S. Garrett & Yon Soo Ogle of Tumwater, WA; daughters & sons-in-law Marilyn Ogle, Myra & Elmo Reece, and Dianah & Ledford Hiatt all of Hillsville; sister Ethel Poff of Cana; ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 8:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Ron Pedigo officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM prior to the funeral service. A private committal service will be held on Saturday.
