Rubye Banks Marshall Webb died in Richmond at 3:26 a.m. on Friday May 7 in the loving presence of her three step-daughters and held in the prayers and hearts of her wider community of family and friends. Rubye was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. Services will be held on Mothers Day Sunday May 9 at Vaughan-Guynn- McGrady Funeral Home in Hillsville: visitation at 1:00 pm, funeral service at 2:30 pm and internment at Heath Banks Cemetery.
