Mrs. Ruby N Bell, 95, passed on late Dec. the 9th at Heritage Hall - Laurel Meadows, Virginia. Ruby known as Ruru was born in Abbeville, LA., lived in Beaumont, Texas most of her life, moved near family in Atlanta, GA in the 1980's, and relocated with her Son to Carroll County Virginia in 2002. Her deceased Husband was Frank Joel Bell. She is survived by her daughter Stella Bell of Matzalan, Mexico; her Son and Daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Bell, Sr.; a Brother Eugene Nini of Ruidoso, New Mexico; and a Brother Hugh Nini of Mexico. She was the Grandmother of nine, the Great Grandmother of 19, and Great Great Grandmother of one.

A Funeral Mass at St. Anne's Church in Beaumont, Texas and interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery will take place on Friday Dec. 18th. Broussard's Mortuary of Beaumont will announce the hours of visitation with family and the hour of the Mass.
