Ru Thella J. Chase, 67 of Dugspur, lost her battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Chase of the residence; daughter and son-in-law Troy & Lacy Max of Melbourne, FL; daughter and friend Tracey Horan & Pete Petersen of Palm Beach, FL; son and special friend Trent Chase and Debbie Nelson of Seattle, WA; sister and brother-in-law Karen & Leroy May of Dugspur; brother and sister-in-law Francis & Kathy Frappier of Finton, MI; four grandchildren, and one great grandson.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
