Roy Junior Webb, 93 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Webb was born in Carroll County to the late Roy Oscar and Martha Ellen Nester Webb. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Bowman Webb; brother, Dale Webb; sisters, June Kelly and Phyllis Ann Webb; and half-sister, Mildred Puckett.

Survivors include his children, Donald Lee Webb (Kay), Debbie Sue Parnell (Ken), Doris Irene Leath (Myron) and Darla W. Nester; brother, Howard Webb; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the Webb Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Roland McCraw officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Webb Cemetery Fund 969 Sunnyside Road, Hillsville, VA 24343 or by visiting any Skyline National Bank Branch. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
