Roy Alan Kelley, 71 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart.  Mr. Kelley was born in Charlotte, NC to the late Roy and Sandra Hinson Kelley.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Christopher Kelley and a sister, Terri Stinnett.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Kelley; children, Alan Shane Kelley (Charity), Ashley Austin (Lucas), and Candice Tozzolo (Michael); daughter-in-law, Michelle Kelley; sister, Robin Kelley; nine grandchildren; several step grandchildren; one great-grandson; several step great-grandchildren; special nephew, Jesse Shelton; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sherri and Mike Brown.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
