Rosa Marie Watson of 1114 Piper's Gap Rd., Galax, VA 24333, beloved wife of Andrew Watson, went to meet her Maker on December 12, 2021.

She was born to Peter and Rachel (Diller) Moyer on November 1, 1980. She was united in marriage to Andrew Jonathan Watson on June 13, 2003. The Lord blessed them with five children, Marlin Andrew (17), Justin Dale (15), Eugene Alex (13), Andrea Rose (10), and Trenton Jerrik (9), all at home. She was baptized into the church in her youth and served faithfully in her home and community, reaching out with love to all she knew.

She is also survived by her parents, Peter and Rachel (Diller) Moyer; her parents-in-law, James and Mary Jo (Cooksey) Watson; seven brothers: Kevin (Naomi) Moyer, Sparta, TN; David (Bernice) Moyer, Springfield, TN; Arvin (Sandra) Moyer, Sparta, TN; Jonathan (Julia) Moyer, Sparta, TN; Joseph (Delores) Moyer Smithville, TN; Ethan (Elsie) Moyer, Sparta, TN; and Steven (Virginia) Moyer, Sparta, TN; two sisters: Susie (Nathan) Coblentz, Sparta, TN, and Lucy (Tim) Watson, Cookeville, TN.

Surviving also are numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well.

She will be deeply missed by all.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 5:00-8:00 at Island Creek Mennonite Church, 894 Island Creek Drive, Hillsville, VA 24343. The funeral service and burial is planned for Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 10:30 am at Island Creek Mennonite Church.
