Rosa Rebecca Felts, 97 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Hillsville Health and Rehab.  Mrs. Felts was born in Wythe County, Virginia to the late Norman Lester and Vadie Viola Harmon Burnett.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by sons, Zach Stephens and Jan Stephens; brothers, Clyde Burnett, Kincey Burnett and Clarence Burnett; and sisters, Eska York, Icy Payne, Lena Bell, Thelma Baker, and Hazel York.

Survivors include her children, Rosemary Caves and Joel M. Stephens; brothers, Lonnie Burnett and Burford Burnett; grandchildren, Ashley Caves, Cameron Beck, Jody Stephens, and Josh Stephens; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A graveside service with burial will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Black Family Cemetery in Max Meadows at 1:00 PM with Elder Ronald Bowman officiating.  The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 11:00 until 12:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
