Ronnie Odell Goad

Ronnie Odell Goad 80 of Hillsville, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hassell and Vida Gertrude Horton Goad; wife, Sadie Mae Hawks Goad; sister, Peggy Nester; brother, Paul Lewis Goad.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, David and Tammy Goad; granddaughter, Haley Goad; great-grandson, Coen Lineberry; sisters, Pauline Bowman, Wanda Williams, and Wilma Cobler; several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Doug Goad officiating. Burial will follow in the Isaac Banks Cemetery.
