Ronald Edger Reeves (Ronnie), of Dublin, born May 29, 1954, passed away September 24, 2008 at his home in Dublin. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeanie Hicks Reeves of Pulaski; two infant sons Ronald Merle Reeves and William Edger Reeves of Dublin; mother Rubye E. Warf of Dublin; step dad Buford R. Warf of Dublin and father Charlie T. Reeves of Hillsville. He is survived by a son Sherman David Reeves of Dublin; two brothers Kenny H. Sharp (Jr.) of Hillsville and Robert D. Sharp (Bob) of Wythe County; six sisters Carol D. Sharp White of Ocala, FL, Tara J. Reeves Porter of Galax, Doris E. Reeves Chandler of Charleston, WV, Bonnie G. Reeves Proffit of Dublin, Glenda K. Reeves Tibbs (twin sister) of Radford, and Opal J. Reeves Manuel of Pulaski; step mom Bernice E. Reeves of Hillsville; half sisters Elizabeth Reeves Funk, Rita Reeves and Julie Reeves McKenny all of Hillsville; several nieces and nephews; and a special niece Bonnie J. Stillwell (Minnie).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel. Burial will follow in the North End Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 1:30pm prior to the funeral service.
