Roger Lee Smith, Sr., 56, of Radford, Virginia passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington and Nellie Gilbert Smith.

Survivors include his daughter, Reanna Lee Smith of Christiansburg; two sons, Roger Lee Smith, Jr., of Floyd, and Daniel Lee Smith of Christiansburg; two step sons, Shawn Christopher Neal of Christiansburg, and Danny Wayne Chafin of New Jersey; two brothers, David Smith and Ricky Smith both of Christiansburg; four sisters, Linda Gearheart of Radford, Diane Quesenberry of Floyd, Rita Graham of Christiansburg, and Teresa Moses of Willis; two grandchildren, Chase Smith and Kaylee Smith. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Graysontown New Life Ministries with Pastor Justin Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Indian Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Graysontown New Life Ministries. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Smith family.
