**THIS IS A COURTESY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PARKER FAMILY** Mr. Roby F. Parker, 85, died on September 20, 2012 in Belleville, New Jersey. Memorial Services will be held in the Verona United Methodist Church, 26 Montrose Avenue, Verona on Saturday, October 6 at 10:30am. Born in Allenwood, NJ, Mr. Parker lived in Ocean County for most of his life, moving to Hillsville, VA for 15 years and to Verona 8 years ago. He graduated from Monmouth College and worked as a Sales Representative for Jersey Central Power & Light in Lakewood for 30 years, retiring in 1985. Mr. Parker proudly served in the US Army Air Force during WW2. He is the husband of the late Clara W. Parker, the beloved father of Julie Parker and her husband, Markian Silecky and the doting grandfather of Matej Silecky.
