Robert Roy Tobler, 75, of Laurel Fork, VA passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Conduff and Hassie Quesinberry Tobler.

Survivors include his wife, Frances R. Tobler of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Angelina T. and Kenneth Wicker of Gloucester, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony Wayne and Cori Tobler of Williamsburg, VA; step son, Stuart C. Brennen of Hampton, VA; brothers and sisters-in-laws, David West and Frankie Tobler of Williamsburg, VA, Edwin Earl and Sharon Tobler of Hillsville, VA, Weldon Wade and Frances Tobler of Mt. Airy, NC, and James Walker and Becky Tobler of Gloucester, VA; aunt, Betty Sue Wood of Hillsville. Six grandchildren also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Terry McMillian officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Rome Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. The family says flowers will be appreciated, however, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rome Church Cemetery fund or to the charity of your choice. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Tobler family.
