Robert Johnson Primm died on February 3, 2018, from Parkinson Disease with Dementia. He was born January 30, 1938 in Carroll County to the late Nay Primm and Ethel Carpenter Primm. All his brothers and sisters predeceased him in death. Surviving him is his son Rodney Primm. His daughter Monica Slate and husband Charles. One granddaughter Emily Slate. One grandson Adam Slate and his wife Kristin. Also surviving are his nieces, nephews and cousins. He worked for the Guynn family for over 50 years plus working at Barker Microfarads, and the former Sprague Electric. He is no longer suffering. He is home with the Lord. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 12:00 PM with Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Austinville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
