Rev. Robert Calvin Penrod, 82 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Penrod was born in South Fork, PA to the late Delbert Melvin and Carrie Viola Mock Penrod. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Gile Penrod of the home; daughters & sons-in-law Rochelle Penrod of Ringgold, GA, Jeanne & Larry Beck of Kent, OH, Patty Ann Kirkhart of Chattanooga, TN, Kathleen Hammond of Lafayette, GA, Vanessa Penrod of Akron, OH and Sandy Moore of Tarpon Springs, FL; son John Penrod of Burin, PA, sister Delores Snyder of Johnstown, PA; eleven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Diamond Funeral Home in South Fork, PA with William Penrod, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery in South Fork, PA.
