Robert Eugene Mabe
Robert Eugene Mabe, 69 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at his home. Mr. Mabe was the son of the late Lanzy Robinson Mabe and AIma Newman Mabe.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ann Mabe; son, Daniel Mabe (Chelsea); grandchildren, Ila Danielle Mabe, William Lanzy Mabe, Paisley Cora Mabe, and Oliver Kendrick Mabe; and a man’s best friend, Oreo.
The family will receive friends at Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at the church at 7:00 PM with Pastors Chris Blackburn and Theron Phillips officiating. A burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at the home place. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
