Robert L. Jones, 84 of Hillsville, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife Callie Jones of the home; daughter & son-in-law Brenda & Ron Thompson of Hollywood, MD; brother Ellis Jones of Hillsville; three grandsons Jason Thompson, Jeffery Thompson, and James Thompson; and two great grandchildren Michael Stewart and Briana Stewart.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 16, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 8:00 P.M. with the Rev. Norman Goad officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service.
