Mr. Robert Dwight Grisso Sr., age 84, of McDonough, GA passed away September 20, 2016. Bob was born in Roanoke, VA the son of the late Lala Beckner Grisso and Fred Lewis Grisso.

He was retired from the Tennessee Valley Authority. Bob was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Oneonta, Alabama. He was a dedicated Christian man that enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, boating, skiing, music, traveling, the beach, working in the Mission field in Brazil, and helping other people. He served his country in the US Navy.

Survivors are his loving wife of 64 years, Mary Lee Huff Grisso of McDonough; children, Bobby Grisso (Teresa) of Blacksburg, VA, Joyce Henson (David) of Clemmons, NC, Carolyn Ryan (Mark) of McDonough, and Lewis Grisso (Carolyn) of Oneonta, AL; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Marie Long of Roanoke, VA and Linda Sterns of Cumming, GA; brother, Lee Grisso (Mary) of Shreveport, LA; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Mr. Grisso will be on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel in Hillsville, VA. Interment will follow at Semones Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
