Robert Junior Bunn of Hillsville, passed away February 20, 2022 at the age of 89. He was born November 25, 1932 in Carroll County, VA and was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Gertie Bunn. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandson, Tracy Darrah Bunn and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Iva Lou Bunn; children, Terry Bunn and Sandy, Debbie and Ronnie Harris, Karen and Gary Pell, and Jeff and Kim Bunn; grandchildren Brandon and Amber Bunn, Christopher and Rose Harris, Bo Bunn, Ami Mills, Kayla Pell, Danielle and Cody Stophel; great-grandchildren, Jansen Bunn, Jaxon Pell, Levi Bunn, Peighton Mills, Scarlett and Juniper Stophel and Kira Harris. Several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Semones Cemetery at 1:30 PM with Rev. Myron Dalton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM prior to the graveside service. Flowers are appreciated; however, donations may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home at 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
