Robert Dale Bowman, 71 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Mr. Bowman was born in Stuart, Virginia to the late Charles Haywood and Lois Faye Martin Bowman.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Erica Bowman and Eric Immler; son, Robert Bowman; and granddaughter, Emily Immler.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with the V.F.W. Chaplain officiating. Burial will follow in the Gladesboro Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the Hillsville V.F.W. Grover King Post 1115. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
