Ricky Lee Alderman, 67 of Fancy Gap, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Twin County Regional Hospital.  Mr. Alderman was born in Virginia to the late Kenneth and Goldie Nester Alderman.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Susie Alderman; brother, Kenneth Alderman, Jr.; nephew, Dillon Young; several aunts and uncles; and the mother of his son, Julia Billings.

Survivors include his son, Justin Alderman (Stephanie); grandson, Braydon Alderman; sister, Angela Young (Tony); nephews, Matthew (Nikki) and Mark; great-nephews, Aaron and Colt; aunt, Zenith; uncle, Glenn; and several special cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM prior to the funeral service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
