Richard "Ricky" Wayne Richardson, 68 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Twin County Regional Hospital.  Mr. Richardson was born in Norfolk, Virginia to Harwedia Green and Robert Glen Richardson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Troy and Ila Richardson and a brother, Michael Richardson.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Richardson; children, Jonathan Richardson, Cody Richardson (Brittnee), D.J. Stoneman (Traci), and Earl Stoneman; siblings, Randy Richardson, Robert Richardson (Lindsay), and Renee Richardson Staples (Terry); six grandchildren, Ethan Richardson, Finley Richardson, Arabellah Richardson, Holannd Richardson, Tina Rose Stoneman, and James "Monkey Man" Stoneman; and fur baby, Midnight.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Sky View Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Pastor Wendell Horton and Pastor Gary Horton officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the celebration of life service.  Inurnment will be in the Willis Methodist Church Cemetery.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
