Richard Lee Fleeman, 55, of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Salem VA Medical Center. Mr. Fleeman was born in Medina, OH to the late Charles William Fleeman, Sr. and Phyllis Hutchins Vaughn; brothers, William G. Fleeman, and Charles W. Fleeman, Jr.

Survivors include his children, Ashley Fleeman of South Carolina, Laura Fleeman of Mississippi, and William Fleeman of South Carolina; grandmother, Ida Hutchins of Medina, OH; grandson, Charles Fleeman; siblings and spouses, Lisa Fleeman and Tim Ellis of Newberry, FL, Joyce and Roger Bowen of Woodlawn. Five nieces and nephews and two great nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Military Rites will be conducted by Hillsville V.F.W. Post 1115. Burial will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
