Reeford Carl "George" Webb, 85, of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Heritage Hall-Laurel Meadows in Laurel Fork, VA. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his parents, Gorley and Hazel Dalton Webb, a son, David Carl Webb, and the mother of his children, Janet Turman.

Survivors include daughter and husband, Karen and David Allen of Utah; two grandsons and spouse, Jesse VanAllen and Jeffrey and Mandy VanAllen; five great grandchildren, Tyler, Ethan, Emma, Olivia and Brayden VanAllen; two sisters, Delphine Marshall of Meadows of Dan and Polly Cloud of Laurel Fork; special friend, Kathleen Sutphin; caregivers, Teresa Cloud and Lola Horton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Sandy Hendrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Crooked Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service. The family would like to give special thanks to Heritage Hall-Laurel Meadows for all the love and care given to George during his stay there. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady is serving the family.
