Reda Nester Burnett, 87 of Dugspur, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Burnett was born in Coretta, WV to the late Thompson and Maggie Branscome Nester. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Burnett.

Survivors include her children and spouses, Dianne B. Phillips and James Poe of Woodlawn, Sheila Delp and Dan of Botetourt, Eveston Burnett and Myrtle of Austinville, Beverly Bethart of Dugspur, Teresa Wingo and James (Jim) of Roanoke, Lisa Burnett of Pulaski, and Valinta Brown of Nashville, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cletis Nester and Donna of Conway, SC and Avis Nester and Lois of Willis; five grandsons; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Dugspur Community Center at 2:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
