Ray Wilburn Hill, 93, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at his home. Mr. Hill was born in Carroll County, VA to the late George and Ella Faddis Hill. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Glenn Hill, Earl Hill, and Carl Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Maxilene Miller Hill of the home; brother and sister-in-law, Foy and Bonnie Hill of Galax; sisters-in-law, Fern Hill and Faye Hill; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Reverends Wendell Horton, Elmon Thompson, and Gary Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
