Ray Lyman Barlow 38, of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Barlow was born in Wilkesboro, NC, to Larry Barlow and Alice Fraser Barlow.

Along with his parents Ray is survived by his Children; Kelly Martinez of Wytheville, Michael McBride of NC, Shonna Moore of Austinville and Timothy Akers of Austinville. Mr. Barlow is also survived by his brothers; Hal Barlow of Fort Walton Beach, FL, and Lee Barlow of Woodlawn.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church at P.O. Box 534 Hillsville, Virginia, 24343.
