Raughlin Oumaw "Bud" Gardner, 77, of Dugspur, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at his home. Mr. Gardner was born in Dugspur to the late Guy and Fannie Largen Gardner. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Willa Dean Gardner and Sybil Robertson and brother Roger Gardner. Survivors include his nieces, Kristy Vest of Hillsville and Martha Wirt of Floyd; and nephew, Travis Gardner of Hillsville. A graveside service with burial following will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:30 PM with Rev. Elmon Thompson officiating. There will be no visitation. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
